Soulpkz2 for Manager

I would like to apply for the manager rank because I've been trial for about a month or so and I would like to use a set of commands to watch new players and make sure they do not grief, why I say that is because I've seen a few griefers going to the guest world griefing the place but they stop once they see me follow them so I think the /xhide command would help me griefproof the place.
